The cash voucher It is a document that is used to verify minor expenses or loans for which no invoice or tax receipt is issued. If an employee applies for a loan, he is issued a petty cash voucher.
It is an administrative document, through which a person indicates in writing that they have received money or objects as a loan. Its wording is very brief: it bears the date, name of the person requesting, who authorizes and signatures. There are also formats.
