The petition papers They are documents by which a formal and justified request for an item or service is made. It is a short, clear and direct text that is generally written to have proof of the request made, so its use is very common in administrative matters. It is usually directed at a particular person or a fully identifiable entity. Unlike a letter, in the trade it is not advisable to give much detail to the explanations. Therefore, you have to be concise and formally request what is necessary.
