In nature there are facts that are not influenced by any human will, these are the facts produced by geological and climatic phenomena, which through physical effects produce those that we will name chance in a geographical fact.

2.- The union of hot water with fricas clouds produces phenomena of alteration and wind.
3.- The alteration increases its activity until it becomes a hurricane.
