Thigh Strengthening Exercises

One of the most productive and effective exercises to tighten and slim your thighs is squats. But not all squats are the same. The most effective squats with elevation.
What does this mean? They are normal squats, it is lowered as far as possible, as if you were trying to sit on a chair, but without really supporting yourself. Then comes the elevation, what does it mean and what does it consist of?
We must look for something that is high enough not to hurt us, not be annoying but that may have a height necessary to do squats with elevation.
You do not have to go overboard with the height, it is very important to take this into account because we could damage our back or injure ourselves. For example, at most more or less, about five centimeters.
The height can be either a table, a step that are used a lot for gymnastics and are usually very useful for these exercises, I do not know, what we see that it has a height not very high but enough to that.
As a "weight" we will use a stick, a broom, a mop, a bar... whatever, but it is not necessary to use weight. These exercises will be based on that, which are different than the normal ones.
The key to these exercises is to go down very slowly, you squeeze the thighs to the maximum and while we are almost squatting we count several seconds and we go back up. The key is not to go down and up quickly, to notice the muscles burning and so we can see that we are really working.
It is also important to have your feet about 8 inches apart. To know the distance without errors or injuries, we must separate the feet at the height of the shoulders. If they match, that is the ideal separation.
These exercises are very tiring, they are called "high quality" and that is why you must be prepared to have a lot of stiffness in the following days. They are certainly infallible.
