Halloween Or Halloween

The night of October 31 represents for many countries a magical evening full of myths and superstitions. For other people it may be the ideal excuse to go out to have fun, dress up and party in style. The characteristic colors of Halloween night are black and orange since the first is associated with the night and the second with the first lights of the day.
Halloween origins
The origins of this festival date back to the Celts, approximately 2,500 years ago. The Celtic year culminated at the end of summer, just on October 31 of our current calendar. At that time the cattle were driven from the meadows to the stables for the winter, and it was understood that that last day many spirits could leave the cemeteries and take possession of the bodies of living beings in order to resurrect. Supposedly they made victims of all their spells if they did not obey their requests. Hence the famous phrase: "Trick or Treat", a trick or treat in the Spanish language that meant "give me something or I'll do a mischief".

Halloween today
Today, on this date of Halloween the children are requesting sweets and sweets house to house and disguised. After hitting a home, they repeat the phrase “trick or ruse”. If they are offered candy, sweets or sweets in that home, it is understood that they have accepted the deal. Otherwise, if they refuse the request, they will be exposed to the children making any kind of jokes on them. Remember then for the next October 31 to have candies and sweets on hand to distribute.

International halloween
Halloween or Halloween was exported to the United States by European immigrants in the middle of the 19th century, approximately in the year 1846. However, its beginnings of mass celebrations date back to 1921. In that year, the first Halloween parade was held in the state of Minnesota and later several more states followed. Towards the end of the 70s and the beginning of the 80s, the Halloween party became international mainly because of the cinema and television series.
