Animal Characteristics

Animals are different species of living beings that have a set of characteristics and that, broadly speaking, dominate life on earth. Although many times it goes unnoticed, the human being is just another animal, so it has a set of natural characteristics that it shares with other species. Scientifically animals are grouped within the so-called animal kingdom or animalia. Like the other kingdoms, animals have a set of unique characteristics that define them as such and differ from other species or living things.

Animal characteristics:

Among them we can mention: food, respiration, circulation, excretion, response to stimuli, movement and reproduction. That is, many animals can complain, scream, get excited, surprised, scared and even rejoice just like a dog.
7. Despite the great scientific advance that exists to this day, there are many animal species that have not yet been discovered by specialists. In fact, from time to time a list is published with the new species that have been discovered in different parts of the world.
8. The scientific specialty that is responsible for the study of animals is biology, from which other specialties such as veterinary medicine, ethology, animal anatomy, zootechnics or agronomy, to mention some.
