The telephone survey It is made up of short questionnaires and direct questions, which at most have 3 answer options; the questions usually have only two answer options (Yes, No), this is because in most of these surveys the keyboard is used telephone to make them, since it is not a person who applies them, but a system that can make several calls at the same time.
