The training plan It is a guide that lists the steps to be followed in training, whether for workers, institutions, companies or individuals.
The objective is to prepare people to carry out a certain job in the shortest possible time, since the preparation must be efficient and clear as well as reduced in time.
To carry out a training plan you must be clear about the ideas that your training plan will have as content.
There is no training plan format, but you can do it by prioritizing logically and by categories, having the main objective as the major premise and the steps to follow as the minor premise.
