Example of Legal Letter

The official letter is an informative text, issued officially or with a protocol nature, by a company or public or private institution. Unlike formal letters, the offices carry a serial number, given the formality and officiality of the communications.

Elements of a Trade:

1 - Place and Date

2 - Consecutive numbering.

OFFICE is written in capital letters, followed by the initials of the office, the consecutive issuance number, and the year in which it is issued. They are generally separated by diagonals or bars.

3 - Topic or subject

As a rule, "SUBJECT" is usually written in capital letters followed by the relevant explanations immediately below the OFFICE label.

4 - The recipient body or person

5 - Text

The purpose of the letter is explained in detail and at length here. This is the most important part of the letter and where the relevant data should appear.

6 - Cordial Farewell

7 - Signature

Later, sometimes it is usually indicated if copies have been sent and to whom, and if complementary documents have been attached to the OFFICE. The attached documents should be listed here.
