The relationship of the Administration with the Director of Human Resources lies basically in the administrative process (process of planning, organize, direct and control the efforts of the members of the organization and apply the other resources of it to achieve the goals established).
To be able to direct an area no matter what it is, it is necessary to carry out certain interrelated activities in order to achieve the desired specific and general goals.

Planning What is going to be done?: It implies that administrators project their goals and actions in advance, which are based on some method, plan or logic.

Organization. How are we going to do it?: It means that administrators coordinate the material and human resources of the organization. Once goals have been established and plans or programs prepared, to achieve them, an organization must be designed and developed to help achieve them successfully. Managers must be skilled enough to determine the type of organization that is needed, and they must have the ability to develop it. Control. See how it is being done: Control means that managers try to make sure that the organization is going in the right direction in achieving goals. If any part of the organization has strayed, administrators try to figure out why and fix things.
The Human Resources Manager must establish the performance standards of the members of the organization, measure the current performance and compare it with established standards, as well as take steps to correct performance that does not meet these rules. You must also control the organization of resources and compare what is planned with what is real so that this history can be used in the planning and organization of organizational resources.
