4. What information or other aspects do you consider would make it easier for you to join a company when you are a new member?
5. What incentives and benefits would you like to receive from the company?
6. Would you be interested in insurance for minor medical expenses, where you get medical consultations at a lower cost and discounts on medicines?
7. Would you be willing to pay a percentage of insurance for major medical expenses?
8. In the event that you are married, would you like to include your family in it?
9. Would you like the insurance to include maternity and keratotomies (eye operations)?
10. Would you be willing to participate in group recreational activities organized by the company? What activities would you like?
11. Do you think that the company encourages camaraderie and union among the members? why? what do you recommend?
