The letter of disciplined, disciplinary or justified dismissal is a very important letter, due to the obvious causes it produces, which must include the following information, among others:
- Complete information of the Worker (name, surname, telephone, address and even email).
- Explain the reasons for the dismissal and describe the previous warnings that were given to the employee as well as the opportunity to improve his performance.
- Exact date of the end of the contract.

We hereby inform you of the decision to terminate the employment relationship that you had with us through disciplinary dismissal, based on the powers that assist us as a company by virtue of Article XXX of the Federal Labor Law, and as established in Clause XXX of the collective contract of job.
The reasons for said decision and that justify the disciplinary dismissal are the following: On February 1, 2010, with the payroll to workers, a subtraction of 1200 pesos was found in the deposit by payroll of all workers, a transaction that it had to be done correctly, and it was counted in a total of 100,800 pesos, which had to be reimbursed to the workers per month following. On March 18, 2010, there was a total material loss of five tons of 14 gauge sheet, which were in the warehouse assigned to you. I also note the withdrawals of cash capital made by you on June 30, 2010, from the company's safe, and his absence from work without proof of April 4, 2010 at date.
Therefore, the decision has been made to pay you the corresponding three months by law, and to terminate you permanently as member of our company, not without first granting him all the retirement privileges corresponding to his working time with U.S.
Such events represent an infraction that justifies the dismissal that is applied as a sanction and that will take effect from today, this regardless of the legal actions.
This document is transferred to the company committee and the staff delegate for the appropriate purposes.
