The purpose of the quotation letter is to give a clear and precise idea to the person who has to supply the means, whether material, economic or labor. (job).
It is used on occasions when you want to set up a previously agreed business or function.
Quote letter example:

Dear Manuel. Herewith, I am sending you the costs required to set up the restaurant that you plan to create:

2.- Purchase and installation of two stationary gas tanks of 500 kilos each, at a cost of 78,000 pesos.
3.- Purchase and installation of the refrigeration system, at a cost of 30,000 pesos.
4.- Purchase and installation of first aid equipment, at a cost of 9,500 pesos.
5.- Acquisition of wines and spirits at a cost of 60,000 pesos.
6.- Tables, chairs, tablecloths, cutlery, lighting and extras, 30,000 pesos.
Giving us a total of 242,000 pesos, with a rounded total of approximately 250,000 pesos, M / N.
