Cards / / July 04, 2021
A letter of repudiation of right or rejection, is a document that aims to extinguish, repudiate, reject or undermine any right that may exist.
There are different types of letter, as they are:
- The letter of repudiation of law, which is addressed to the judge who is handling the case and has the format of a promotion.
- The letter of repudiation of law that is drawn up before a notary, who attests to what is stated in it.
- The letter of repudiation of law, which is carried out under protest of telling the truth (usually its judicial ratification is requested).
1.- The first letter has the format of a promotion, as we have already said, the information of the instance must be included and it is the judge or the court clerk who attests to the document.
2.- The second letter is drawn up with the consent of a notary who will attest to the veracity of said document and its content. This is how this document is presented, especially when they are very far from the place where the decujus died (decujus is how the person who dies is called).
3.- The third is the reflection of one's own will, which is drawn up personally and can be delivered to an authority without there being a file. It consists of a voluntary, unilateral resignation and under protest of telling the truth.
Example of a letter of repudiation or rejection of an authority:
