I am writing to you in the most attentive way to request your intervention in the following problems:

1.- From the date of February 20, 2013, when we entered said campus, the cost of each movement of quota per student was 30 guarantors, and if we need to withdraw my documents of proof of studies today it is 180 guaranties, which is humanly impossible for me to pay for.

Therefore, modifying or sustaining our respective study regimen is unaffordable.

2.- It is my intention to continue my studies at the Portuguese School of Medicine, which requires the documents that prove my studies, so your intervention is essential for me to be able to study.

I inform you that you are our voice seeing the circumstance in which we find ourselves, so your intervention will be our safeguard.

This is why I ask you to make your personal intervention, so that a discount or readjustment can be made that allows us to continue with our medical studies, and that we can obtain our records and thus be able in due course to develop the noble career that we project exercise.

I have hereby made a request that you intervene in a problem or inconvenience that we have, in relation to the increase in school fees at the United University of Paraguay.

The cost has risen in an extreme way to the degree that carrying out the formalities of proof of studies to transfer me to another university, it has risen from $ 60 guaranties, reaching a cost of 180 guarantors.

Your intervention is indispensable to us, as it is becoming a vicious circle, which does not allow us to advance in our studies or change universities.

The foregoing clearly describes the situation that has been presented to us, for which we make the following requests:

1. His intervention before the school authorities so that the costs can be adjusted to our current economic capacity.
2. Proof of studies duly adequate documents are provided for the change of university.
