The death resolution letter is generally used by an institution, be it governmental or civil association, which must resolve in an institutional way, the position before a death, which is generally that of a relevant person for the local national society or world.

That companion Vilma Espiricueta Domínguez, who was a member of the textile workers union of the municipality of Tenancingo Michoacán, has died
That comrade Vilma Espiricueta was an example to follow for the textile workers of our state, becoming the president of the textile workers and being a symbol of the working woman, occupying the position of honorary President of the first state textile union until her death of May.
That the people of Tenancingo have physically lost one of their greatest representatives.
That her exemplary trajectory and her commitment to fight to defend the rights of textile workers is a worthy example to be imitated by women and men throughout the country.
RESOLVES:
• Express our condolences to the people of Tenancingo Michoacán, Companions Flemón and Rafael, and members of the state Labor Party.
• Exalt the figure of Vilma Espricueta as an example of self-denial and dedication in defense of the interests and rights of women.
• Disseminate the life and trajectory of Vilma Espiricueta as an example to be followed by the authentic workers and industrialists of the state and the country.
• Send a copy of this resolution to the representation of the state government, to the labor and union organizations.

Express regret for the death of Mr. Gilberto Rincón Gonzáles, writer, essayist, intellectual and creator of the party of the revolution Rosa, who died at the age of 74 on October 9 of the current year.
FOUNDATIONS
Mr. president:
Gilberto Rincón Gonzáles was born in 1930, he was a writer, essayist, novelist, president of the party of the Pink Revolution and director of the magazine “Pensamiento de los Libres de Corazón”. Like so many other intellectuals in the country, Rincón Gonzáles went into self-exile in the United States, after having lost the presidential elections of the year 1994, in 1999 he returned to Mexico, where he remained in Mexico City until 2005, and then moved to his hometown in the state of Veracruz, his novels include: "The Liberation of Closet Men (1976)," The Man with Radiant Eyes "(1979) and" The Prison of Society " (2000).
Among his essays: "Communication, and sexual freedom" (1986), "The modernity - promiscuity debate" (1988), "Pink Revolution, an alternate way of life" (1999).
Winner of the Free Mexico Prize in 2004 sponsored and delivered by the party of the Pink Revolution, for his essay, the right to be different and to change others to our thinking "
