The work permit letter for minors is based on the Federal Labor Law that regulates the hiring of underage workers in order to protect their rights; in this Law in its art. 22 establishes that minors under 14 years of age may for no reason be hired as those under 16 who have not completed their basic education, except for an exception authorized by the Authority.

For its part, art. 23 establishes that those over 14 and under 16 will need a work permit letter for minors, so here are some examples.
