The external circular is a written document, by means of which, an order or information of interest to a specific group of people is made public.
The external circular, unlike the internal one, is made public, since the group of people to whom it is addressed does not necessarily belong or work in the same company or institution, but have a connection of personal or professional interest such as: neighbors, members of a union or association, group of professionals, etc.
An external circular must contain, if warranted, the logo of the institution that is publishing it; the number corresponding to the external circular that is drawn up; It must also specify to whom it is addressed and the matter that it deals with; Likewise, it must be signed by the sender or by the representative of the group to whom said circular is addressed.
