Who subscribes Héctor Barranco Chavarría, that by means of the present, I make of the knowledge of him my final decision to resign from the job that I have been doing from January 12, 2009 until today, in which I held the position of ad distributor luminous.

I declare my generals that they are: employee number 254, designated by contract entered into on January 10, 2009, in which he established me as the head of finished ad distributions within the area conurbation.

I declare in the same way that I have fully complied with my work entries and exits in the manner established in the regulations and I have also clearly and emphatically followed all the obligations established by the internal regulations of the company and the clauses of my contract labor.

I must properly inform you of the specific reasons why I decided to make this personal determination.

Although in general I have fulfilled my obligations, I make the emphatic clarification that I have not received in full my benefits, specifically speaking, I have not received my right to vacations or corresponding compensation, during the last year.

I end this document after the corresponding clarification described above and fully establishing the irrevocability of my job resignation. Not without first thanking what corresponds according to my work circumstances prior to the breach that I have been subjected to.
