Example of a Notarial Letter
Cards / / July 04, 2021
When you have a matter of great importance to deal with, where the times and forms are important for a diligence to be carried out, or a requirement is met, it is necessary to use a notarial letter, since in this way a notary public is responsible for ensuring that the letter reaches his destination in a timely manner, and in the event of any delay, his responsibility is clear.
When a notary is entrusted with the delivery of a notarial letter, a certificate is received from him with the date, time and place in which it is being received, as well as the date and time limit for the recipient to receive it. It is the notary who carries out this task and gives public faith, through records of receipt, dispatch and delivery of said letters.
