When there is a need to transfer temporary custody of a minor, either for legal reasons or for reasons of travel, some documents are made that express the will.
Likewise, temporary custody of a minor can be requested from an authority, especially judges, who can grant or deny it,
It is necessary to clearly differentiate between custody and power, since the power is not lost when it is transferred and it is recovered when the term has expired.

Who signs Luis Rodríguez Almeida, who hereby, I make known, that I temporarily cede custody of my youngest daughter to Professor Xóchitl Martínez Mora, who will transfer and train my daughter by name (put the name), for a period of six months, which will begin the next first of September.
I fully trust the moral and professional authority of said teacher, and for the same reason I sign this letter, having as witnesses two trusted persons.
