The correct writing of an appeal letter is very important as it can determine the admission or denial of the appeal. It can also help the interested party in the favorable resolution of his disagreement, achieving that the initial decision is annulled.

Characteristics of the appeal letter:

The essential characteristics that any document of this type must contain:

On the day of the application of the test, August 20, 2011, the evaluators showed up half an hour late and without the corresponding material, which they had to wait for it to arrive. This, therefore, further delayed the start of the test leaving us less time to perform it.

Apparently there were confusion when rating the tests, given that some of them have as correct answers some answers that others have as errors.

The evaluators were all the time talking and even listening to music, which clearly distracted us, preventing us from concentrating.

Without further ado for the moment, I reiterate my request since the grade originally awarded to my test directly affects my job stability.

I am the student Arturo Carrera Ortega and my student registration number is TRAYD0R365-C and I hereby express my disagreement with the resolution that was made on February 15, in which it was resolved to suspend my student scholarship, this for consider that there are a series of inconsistencies in the documents that were set for me to resolve, as well as with my study socioeconomic.

On February 15, the resolutions were presented in relation to obtaining the student scholarship for the Baccalaureate course at this Study Center superiors "EL CHAMIZAL", and in this I was disqualified for not having taken my three exams with a total of good answers, in addition to the percentage that I answered exceeds 94% of the questions, a large number exceed the level of the first year, and according to the regulations of the school, the scholarship can be obtained by obtaining 91% of the appropriate responses.

In another sense, it affected my socioeconomic study, since my economic level was established as efficient, since I am living in a house that does not belong to me. and that it is not from my family, being a simple arrangement of educational stay, which does not generate cost, but does not represent my economic level, this because the owner is my brother's boss who offered to stay for me during these three years doing a favor to my brother Fernando, who answers for me in this town.

My economic level is extremely low, we are peasants and we do not have land, but we work seasonally and this depending on the contractor.

I hope that my socioeconomic study will be done again and I will be allowed to take the test again.
