Example of a Statement of Motivation Letter

When we want to carry out studies, specializations, trips or other activities in which they need to know why we are interested in going to that place or institution, we will make a letter of exposure of reasons.
This letter is rather a short essay, in which we can express our motivations, based on a series of questions that they ask us or provide us; or else, freely exposing our motivations.
Depending on the institution, they may request a certain limit extension of our explanatory statement.

Sample Letter of Explanatory Memorandum:

Directorate of scholarships and postgraduates of the
Technological University of
Bajío Valley.
Through the Present I come to expose the reasons why I am interested in pursuing a postgraduate degree in food technology management.
The undersigned I studied a career in administration, and I have held various administrative positions in various companies, many of them related to the food industry. That is why I intend to take a postgraduate degree in Food Technology Administration, to increase my knowledge and achieve greater efficiency in my professional work.

However, my current income does not allow me to fully cover the amount required to carry out this postgraduate course, which is why I consider myself a candidate to be awarded a scholarship, which I will hold, since as is clear from my academic record, I have outstanding performance in most subjects and I was awarded a diploma of achievement.
