Example of a letter for labor and union repression:
Union of workers of Transportes Campolargo S.A de C.V
C director of the labor secretariat
Present:
Tuesday 15 July 2014
C director of the conciliation and arbitration commission, signed by Luis Sánchez Pérez Junco, union leader and representative of the S.T.C union, formed by our own right on January 1, 2014 and with a charter endorsed by the 16th notary of Mexico City District Federal. I am contacting you because we are in a situation not relevant to an employment relationship.
I, as representative, hereby communicate the events that occurred on July 8, 2014, as well as made the formal complaint for the non-existence of internal regulations in the company where I work, leaving workers unequal and without guidance to carry out their daily work of job.
We do not have a regulation that establishes the actions and sanctions to which the employees of the Transportation and Packaging department may be creditors in case of not fulfilling their functions.
Thus we also denounce the activities and attitudes that our co-workers have towards the members of the Longfield Land Transporters union, and among the repressive actions I can number:
- Pints or graffiti that intimidate and invade our workspaces
- Unjustified and methodless sanctions that are applied indiscriminately and arbitrarily, especially to the members of my union.
Attitudes that lacerate our way of working, and diminish the quality of our work and the provision of services that we perform.
In support of this document, the signatures and names of all members are presented, who clearly approve the complaint presented through this document. As well as my appointment as general representative of said transport union.
Ratifying the above described I say goodbye, hoping that the necessary steps are carried out so that our rights are respected.
Atte.
Luis Sánchez Pérez Junco
Union representative S.T.C
