The thematic sheet It is an auxiliary document for research, and it has been generalized in two different formats, which share common characteristics. The thematic research sheet and the didactic topic sheet.
Characteristics of the thematic research sheet:
The main purpose of this thematic sheet is to record the information on the key document topics, which are identified during the investigation. It may contain more than one topic and are guides used to supplement current or ongoing research.
The format of this file is indeterminate, it can be limited to the most generalized format of 12.5 x19 cm or increased to a letter size sheet.
It must contain the following points:
- Record number.
- Title and author.
- Keyword.
- Theme.
- Commentary.
- Bibliography.
- Page number.
- Date (can be optional).
Characteristics of the didactic thematic sheet:
The didactic thematic sheet serves to introduce students or the general public to a topic, showing the most important points in an orderly manner on the topic, accompanied by a related picture or diagram, data necessary for understanding the topic, and the words key code. It is used, for example, in some institutions to disseminate their objectives and way of working, through a series of serial cards, each of which shows relevant information on a topic specific. Its length is one to two pages.
The didactic thematic sheet consists of the following elements:
- Qualification.
- Record number.
- Author or institution that issues it.
- Image or scheme (can go anywhere in the document).
- Introductory paragraph.
- Exposure of the themes.
- Institutional comment or message.
- Bibliography.
Research file:
This file is made when research is carried out and gathers the main data of the work carried out, allowing a record of each step done.
The file must contain basic information that allows the data to be saved and collected, such as:
- Identification or code
- Record number
- References.
- Title or epigraph

The company, objective, functions, indispensable factors.
The production is constituted by the completion of the work carried out by all the personnel, capital and leaders,
Capital is divided into fixed capital, liquid capital and working capital; Capital has been defined in many ways, but it is everything that is used in a business, and ranges from money, through employees and leaders.
Topic: Capital management in the objective of the company.

Accounts
Definition, elements and components.- The dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy defines account as: "Sheet or paper on which is written some reason composed of several items, which at the end are added or remain ”.
Another author "Zappa" defines it as: "Series of annotations referring to a given object, with the purpose of showing the variable and measurable magnitude".
Commentary:
From this it can be affirmed that the accounts treat and represent homogeneous objects and their quantitative variation and their final balance
Topic: The accounting record

Thematic sheet 213 The alkanes Examplede.com
Introduction: Chemical compounds are divided into inorganic and organic. Among organic compounds, those with the most basic structure are called hydrocarbons. Hydrocarbons are divided into three types: alkanes, alkenes and alkynes, which are distinguished by the bonds of the carbon atoms. In this sheet we will know the characteristics of alkanes.
Alkanes They are hydrocarbons whose structure is made up of carbon atoms with covalent bonds, and with simple bonds, and that bond with hydrogen atoms. To fill your links.
The general formula of alkanes is H = 2n + 2, which means that the number of hydrogen atoms is equal to twice the number of carbon atoms, plus two atoms.
Its nomenclature includes a prefix, indicating the number of carbon atoms in the molecule, and the ending -ano.
Prefixes to indicate carbon atoms, they are met- for one atom (methane), et- for 2 (methane), prop- for 3 (propane), but- for 4 (butane). From 5 onwards they use the most well-known Greek prefixes: pent-, hex- hept- oct-, etc.
Radicals They are alkane molecules that lack a hydrogen atom, so they can be combined, either with other hydrocarbons or those with functional groups, such as alcohol (OH), aldehyde (COH) or organic acid (COOH). In this case, the -yl termination (methyl, ethyl, propyl) is added to the alkanes.
Combinations with other hydrocarbons they are written mentioning the number of the carbon where the radical binds. If the radicals are attached to the same carbon atom, the number will be mentioned twice. The group numbers of the same radical are written, the radicals in increasing order, that is, first mentioning those with the least number of carbon atoms, separated by hyphens, with the ending -il, and finally, also joined with a hyphen, the name of the main hydrocarbon, which is the one with the longest chain long. For example, a hydrocarbon with seven carbon atoms, with one ethyl radical at carbons 3 and 5, and two propyl radicals at carbon 4, and methyl radicals at carbons 1, 2 and 3, the name of the molecule will be: 1,2,3-methyl-3,5-ethyl-4,4-propyl-heptane.
Example of a thematic didactic sheet on fuels:
Fuel efficient vehicles
File No 344
Automobiles change their fuel consumption with the arrival of the injectors, producing a higher compression with a greater mixture of air in relation to the fuel.
Another aspect that stands out is gasoline, which is oxygenated, which produces better combustion, reducing CO2 emissions in large quantities.
Displacement: the displacement is another aspect to take into account, from the number of pistons to the amount of fuel required, in addition to the fact that the traction of the vehicle reflects a lot the consumption.
Hybrid engines: This is another aspect to highlight, since hybrid engines take advantage of the force of the transmission flywheel to generate the voltage and at a given moment, they can save the vehicle's fuel.
Needs: The needs of a vehicle expose a greater or lesser fuel consumption, since a cargo or family vehicle does not consume the same as a compact car.
Fuels: Currently existing fuels are:
Hydrogen that emits water as waste, is totally ecological but its production is very slow, since it is by electrolysis.
Gasoline, which is the most widespread, but produces high pollution, in addition to being a non-renewable good.
Diesel, diesel is one of the most widespread fuels and despite being denser and causing more soot, its pollution is less, being one more option viable than gasoline, but it has the disadvantage that it produces a lot of noise in the engines and is still an easy fuel and therefore non-renewable.
Electricity, this is a clean source, but this is relative, since in many cases it is produced by energy nuclear, which in the long run produces a more dangerous pollution than the combustion of the derivatives of the Petroleum.
Traction: Traction is a very important aspect, since rear-wheel drive produces higher fuel consumption by carrying more weight, but it produces safety and superior stability to the vehicle but both front and rear traction produce the physical phenomena called understeer and oversteer, but finally the All-wheel drive is the safest, but the all-wheel drive is presented, which allows greater grip, but due to its weight and technology, it needs more power and therefore a bigger engine.
Emissions: Emissions correspond to the grams per kilometer of CO2 that it expels in a given period or distance.
