The parties will be guided by the following terms and conditions:
First.- The employer represents a company dedicated to the field of smart building lighting.
Company that requires covering the needs of human resources, which originate from the recent implementation of computers that will have the function of controlling the adequate consumption of light in the buildings.
Second.- By means of this contract, "THE EMPLOYER" hires on a "TEMPORARY" basis, and under the form of Reconversion business, the services of "THE WORKER", a person who will perform the role of supervisor of skills in the new operators.
Third.- The duration of this contract will be twenty-four months, counted from March 22, 2013, and will end on March 22, 2014, at which time this will cease to have its corresponding legal effects. contract.
Bedroom.- "The worker" will have a trial period of one month, which will begin on March 23 of this year and will end on April 24 of this year. - Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the corresponding rest time.

Eighth.- From the salary of "THE WORKER", the amount corresponding to taxes will be deducted, leaving an effective total of 5,000.00 (Five thousand pesos), the reduced amount will cover social security, and corresponding taxes according to the tax regime correspondent.
Nineth.- "THE EMPLOYER" will enter "THE WORKER", in his remuneration register, as well as the corresponding social security including the corresponding copy to the labor authority correspondent.
Tenth.- This contract is sponsored by federal labor law in everything related to workers and employers and their corresponding rights.
