Example of Student Assignment Agreement

A student assignment contract, It is made to formalize the assignment of an article, either in property title or loan title, so that said student can make use of that article; This contract establishes the obligations and rights that the student has.

STUDENT ASSIGNMENT CONTRACT

Contract signed between the Rural School of Texcoco Estado de México, which is represented by Mr. Prof Ignacio Robles García, who will be named as successively as "The Assignor", and as counterpart and beneficiary the student Lorenzo Barrido Sosa, who will be represented by his father (or his guardian) Lorenzo Rafael Barrido of the Rose. Who identifies himself with a voter's credential with folio 4854srtf. The parties to this contract agree and are bound to follow the following clauses.

Clauses:

First.- "The Assignor", on behalf of the educational institution, gives free of charge and in the sense of definitive ownership to the "Assignee" a computer type mini-laptop of the brand (put the brand) that has the following characteristics (put the characteristics of the apparatus).

Second.-The Assignee is committed to using and using said device for educational purposes only, as well as caring for and maintaining said device in good use conditions.

Third.- This document will be established with a copy that will be sent to the corresponding authority, who will attest and keep a record of this contract.

This contract will be signed by each of the parties and the date will be established.
