A damage repair contractIt is a contract with which the parties resolve a conflict privately, with or without the consent of the corresponding authority.

The use of this contract is generally for situations that do not carry a penalty or amount line small, such as accidents, light shocks, careless damage or mishandling of some Article; this is also usually for small amounts.

In Mexico Federal District on September 17, 2012, and with the presence of Messrs. Federico Ferreira Contreras as offended party and Abelardo Vargas Calderón as reparative party, and will conform to the following statements and clauses.

Declarations:

1.- This contract will be concluded having as cause the damage of a model laptop computer (put the model) of the mark (put the mark), which was damaged by the inappropriate use produced by Mr. Abelardo Vargas Calderón.

2.- The benefit received as compensation for damage will change ownership and may be used openly by the offended.

Clauses:

First.- With reason and according to what was stated in statement “1”, Mr. Abelardo Vargas Calderón caused damage to the screen and keyboard to the laptop-type computer. described above, after having received it on loan for use on September 13 of the current year, on the occasion of the celebration of the festivities homelands.

Second.- Due to the above, Mr. Federico Ferreira Contreras requests the counterpart to repair the damage caused by an item that covers the corresponding amount of the damaged device; for which he will receive instead of the damaged item a 32-inch led television with hd receiver that is in the name of the party that repairs the damage.

Third.- They fully accept the content of the above stipulated and undertake not to make any claim after what is entered into in this agreement.

Bedroom.- The device that is given in repair mode, has been tested in the sight of the affected part, remaining fully compliant for its operation, brand and aesthetic circumstance as well as accepting compensation in species.

Fifth.- The invoices of the devices in question are presented and will be duly endorsed to confirm the legitimate ownership of the items.

Sixth.- To attest to this document, a witness is present for each party, with the affected party being Mrs. Dulce María Gonzales Corona and, on the part of the party repairing the damage, Mr. Javier Cicerón Hernández.

To formalize this document, the parties as well as the witnesses who attest to it signify their signature.
