It is important that before preparing it, the interested person contacts a lawyer or notary since there are other options that can be confused with the power of attorney, such as a power of attorney that is another document that does not have the same effects. In this way, you would have the assurance that the correct procedure is being carried out and, above all, that it is being given validity and certainty.
