The sport it is that physical activity in which a set of rules must be respected and that is carried out with a strict desire to competence. Although physical capacity turns out to be key when it comes to the final result, there are other factors which are also decisive when it comes to achieving success in the sport in question, such is the case of mental acuity and the equipment available to the athlete.
Meanwhile, predeport, means before the sport, including all those activities that precede it. Then, any activity that the child performs before the age indicated by the sports federations must be called pre-sports.
Pre-sport is basically an activity whose mission is to contribute to the development of the child through sports, because from different games the child practices and also has fun, is entertained according to his age and without cumbersome specializations yet for his his age; In addition, the game itself will be practiced without competitive purposes.
The child will begin to acquire healthy habits, accept his own body, socialize, coexist and co-educate himself, among other issues, from an early age.
Therefore, among the most salient advantages of the predeporte are: the improvement of motor skills bodily (throws, stops, receptions, coordinations and constructions), body control, learn to use all parts of the body, relationship with the environment that surrounds them, development of cognitive capacity, promotion and development of socialization, promotion of social values that are inherent to sport, such as: fellowship, feeling of team and tolerance for defeat.
