The term product, according to the context in which it is used, can refer to various issues.
For example, at the behest of marketing, a product will be any object that is plausible to be offered to a market that through it will satisfy some desire or need.

But a product in this sense is a little more than a physical object, since it brings together a set of satisfactions and benefits. that consumers will immediately perceive when they buy it, since physical, psychological, symbolic and service.

In a product it will be possible to easily detect three aspects that will define it as such, the essential ones, which are those determined by use, by the reduction of problems involved in acquiring them and the psychological benefits, such as the improvement of the image, that they can offer to the consumer.

Then we find those tangible benefits that the product will offer us, such as the brand, the protection of the packaging and the container and the additional information that can be found on the label and of course the physical attributes that the same.

And finally the benefits of service or extended product, such as the guarantee, the maintenance, the installation, delivery and payment conditions favorable to the consumer's availabilities. And among the types of products we can find industrial products, purchase, consumption, illegal, convenience, impulse, perishable, among others.

On the other hand, for chemistry, a product is the result of a chemical reaction or chemical change, in which one or more substances and as a consequence of an energy factor, are transformed into other substances. Substances can be just elements or compounds. An example is the formation of iron oxide, which will arise from the reaction of oxygen from air with iron.

In addition, the term product has a special meaning and participation in a mathematical context because that is how the result of one of the operations will be called math par excellence as is the case of multiplication, that is, the word product is used by a good number of people as a synonym for the term product.

Meanwhile, when in logic we are talking about a product, what we are talking about is the result of the conjunction of different propositions that will require that each one be true for the product to be true as well.
