The term damage allows us to express a damage, physical or moral, that we have suffered in some situation or context.
Physical or moral damage suffered in some natural or intentional event
It should be noted that this may have affected our physique, our assets, or, failing that, our morality, and having been triggered by nature, that is, it has its origin in something natural, or intentionally perpetrated, for example, by an individual who provoked it with the clear mission of harm.
If, for example, a very violent rainstorm causes the roof of our house to collapse, it will imply a damage but caused by the action of nature, that is, there was no one who caused it on purpose, while if our home suffers a fire as a consequence that a neighbor threw fuel and he deliberately lit the fire, then, there we will be faced with an intentional damage and that as such can be reported to justice and punished according to current regulations.
In addition, the damage can be moral
and it is generally triggered by a third party who, with his actions and sayings, affects the emotionality of another and ends up awakening strong sadness and depression.Right: benefit that is no longer perceived or the cost that results from the improper action of another person
In the scope of RightIt turns out to be a very frequently used term since it designates the profit that is no longer obtained, or the cost that is generated as a result of the action of another person, or on the contrary, by the omission of his action, and then, such situation may be presented by the victim to justice and if confirmed, it will oblige whoever caused the damage to compensate the victim accordingly.
The law, in almost all the laws of the world, supports the presentation before the courts of a claim in those cases, that as we mentioned, we are the object of damage and this causes us serious damage in the physical or moral.
Check the succession of the damage in order to obtain a repair
It is obligation and condition without equanom to be able to obtain compensation for the damage suffered, the reliable verification before the pertinent authorities that such damage was suffered in effect and without any doubt.
Once it is absolutely proven before the law, the intervening court or judge, may determine the form of compensation, which is usually monetary, and is related to the damage suffered.
The amount of the compensation normally arises from the concrete evidence that is presented and that allows, by case, to calculate the money that was lost due to that damage, while in other cases it is the justice itself that must estimate that amount, such is the case of non-pecuniary damage or physical damage caused, for example by a Sinister.
Always in order to act as plaintiffs and for the claim to advance in justice, it is essential to conclusively prove the damage suffered.
If the damage cannot be proven through hard evidence, then no such compensation can be received.
Meanwhile, if the person responsible for the damage is an agent of nature, that is, it is the result of a natural catastrophe such as an earthquake or a hurricane, among others, then a claim cannot be pursued through the courts, although assistance may be requested from the state to help reduce the impact of the losses caused by that event.
A similar situation occurs in those cases in which the damages are not very important and that occur in the intimate plane of a family, for example.
“As my father joined his new job a few weeks ago, we will not be able to go on vacation as we usually do for this date; clearly that implies a minor damage for the whole family that this year will not be able to enjoy the holidays, but of course, it is something minor and rectifiable. "
Without prejudice: leave someone or something safe
Also, we can appreciate the word with recurrence in an expression of popular use: notwithstanding, which is the same as saying to leave something or someone safe.
Among the synonyms of the word that we most commonly use we find the hurt, without a doubt, the most used.
Meanwhile, the word that directly opposes the one at hand is that of gain, which proposes the opposite, the benefit that can be obtained from something.
