The lyrical song is a composition in the form of an admiring poem that denotes an emotion and a theme are usually always loving.
Its origins go back to the Provencal troubadours, who wrote lyrics and music together, later the lyric genre of Provence gave rise to the Sonnet.
The lyrical song is delimited by a limit from five to seven stanzas called stanzas, in which a combination is made and verses that carry from seven to eleven syllables. Each of the stanzas is divided into two parts: the forehead and the tail.
The forehead is made up of two feet that must have the same number of verses, but their rhythmic scheme must be different. The tail is divided into two turns with the same metric scheme.
Lyric song example:
Three morels make me fall in love in Jaén,
Axa and Fatima and Marien.
Three morphiles so garridas
they were going to pick olives,
and they found them caught in Jaén,
Axa and Fatima and Marien.
And they found them caught,
and they became faint
and the lost colors in Jaén
Axa and Fatima and Marien.
Three so lush moricas
three so lush moricas,
they were going to pick apples in Jaén,
Axa and Fatima and Marien.
At the source of the rosel
they wash the girl and the maiden.
In the clear water fountain
with their hands they wash the face
he to her and she to him,
they wash the girl and the maiden.
At the source of the rosel,
wash the girl and the maiden
Inside in the orchard
I will die.
Inside in the rosebush
kill me 'han.
I m'iba, my mother,
pick the roses;
I found my loves
inside in the orchard.
Inside the rosebush
kill me 'han.
I have loneliness from you,
my land where I was born.
If I died without luck,
bury me in the high mountains,
because I don't miss the earth
my body in the grave;
and in a high mountain range,
to see if I'll see from there
The lands where I was born.
I have loneliness from you,
oh land where I was born.
