Adoption is called legal act through which a kinship bond will be created between two people without the need for a bond sanguine in the middle.
For example, a child who was born and abandoned by his biological parents and then after due process is concluded is adopted by a couple with whom he does not share any blood ties, however, that legal act that we call adoption will allow that boy to be so son legally as if he had actually been the fruit of that couple, that is, he will enjoy all the rights and obligations of a son natural.
Obviously the requirements that are required when adopting will depend on much of each legislation In particular, however, there are some general considerations that apply in almost every country in the world, including the following: the adopters must have passed the age of majority and in the case of very old adults, there is also a maximum age to adopt, full capacity to exercise civil rights and not previously be a guardian in exercise of the person you want adopt.
This is among the main and basic legal requirements, of course, that accompanying these there are a series of moral, behavioral and feelings that must be taken into account, almost at the same level as those mentioned by the professionals who are in charge of the responsibility to give up children without home.
Because as is known, a very common case that occurs with adoptions is that many of those boys who are capable wait for a father and a mother in some institute for minors, have suffered severe trauma and conflict during their childhood, then of course this might complicate a coexistence future and that is why those who, for example, prefer to adopt grown boys and not newborns, must attend to these circumstances and be properly prepared for those demands.
