A ZEV or what broken down means Zero Emissions Vehicle, is itself a vehicle that does not produce the dreaded polluting emissions for the environmentaround us, either while they are detained or (obviously) while they are in full functioning.
The polluting emissions The most common and (therefore) those that should be taken more care are the particles, hydrocarbons, the carbon monoxide and several different nitrogen oxides. Although it is not classified as a polluting emission itself, the dioxide carbon it is an item of care as well.
According to own definitions of the CARB (California Air Resources Board, the agency of "air pure ”dependent on government from the state of California) A vehicle ZEV basically is one that does not produce emissions through the exhaust pipe, what does not produce any type of emission in the form of evaporation Y that also does not have an emission control system on board that deteriorates over time.
As a clearer example of what a ZEV we can find in the days that the cases of the
electric cars, the battery-powered vehicles fuel, to solar energy, to compressed air Y countless other vehicles using alternative methods of propulsion. Topics in ZEV
