Panic is a sensation that both animals and human beings can feel from the development of situations that involve a threat or danger for their well-being and characterized by feeling a very intense fear or fear.

Once the attack develops, the climax usually reaches fifteen minutes, while the duration of the symptoms is highly variable.

In the long term, panic has negative consequences in people since it can generate constant states of anxiety, fear, unsafety and dislike in certain types of situations or in general.
