The Parsley, Petroselnum crispumIt is a herb of Mediterranean origin widely used to provide aroma and decorate different dishes, currently it is an important ingredient in juices and detoxifying shakes. Two main varieties are recognized: smooth parsley and curly parsley.
The plant has thin stems with deep green leaves that are distributed in the form of rosettes, usually reaching 15 cm and its flower it is small yellow. Parsley frequently grows between stones, on paths or can even be grown in the home potted.
Parsley is a source of vitamin K, vitamin C, and flavonoids.
Health benefits
The components of parsley have the ability to contribute to tissue repair while fighting toxic substances such as free radicals.

This herb has a wide variety of uses at the gastronomic level, where both the leaves and the stems are used, one of the kitchens in which it has more use is in the elaboration of typical Lebanese dishes. Parsley grows from seeds, but it can also be obtained by sowing part of the stems that contain roots, it is a plant that can be had at home.
It is used to give aroma to some foods, especially preparations with fish, salads and vinaigrettes, it can also be used in the preparation of omelettes and in the preparation of sauces.
It is also widely used to prepare detox juices where it is combined with other vegetables such as carrots, celery stalks and parsley, other mixes include combining them with pineapple or with guava.
