People interact, know and recognize our environment thanks to the sensesthat we have and that are five: smell, sight, taste, touch and heard.
Each of them depends on a concrete organ to develop its function: the smell of the nose, the sight of the eyes, the taste of the mouth, the touch of the hands and the hearing of the ear, while these bodies are responsible for the responsibility to capture certain impressions that are immediately transmitted to the brain, and this, thanks to its fantastic skill transform them into sensations that allow us to feel cold or heat in the hand, feel a pleasant or unpleasant smell, see someone we love, hear a noise, a music and feel a sweet taste, or on the contrary, very salty.
That is, it is the brain that will tell us when something is cold, it is sweet, to discern a noise, among others ...
Punctually with our eyes we see the things and people around us. The eyes provide us with knowledge of shapes, size, distance and the color of all of them.
For its part, smell brings us, through the nose, smells of all kinds. We have mucous membranes in our noses that allow us to take in smells so that the brain then tells us what kind of smell we are facing.
Inside our ears is the organ that we call ear and that is precisely what allows us hear any sound that is generated around us, and then, once its messages have been interpreted, the brain will tell us what sound we are facing.
The taste buds that are tiny bumps that are inside our mouth, and more precisely under the language, are in charge of detecting the flavor (sweet, salty, acid or bitter) that the food and the drinks that enter our mouth.
And touch, through our hands, makes it easier for us to feel the characteristics of the things we touch. If something is hard or soft, if it is smooth or has a certain roughness, if it is hot, cold or warm, we will know it thanks to the sense of touch.
Any abnormality or problem that is suffered in the organ of some of the senses mentioned by course, it will complicate the task of the same, neutralizing it directly, or preventing it from developing with normal.
