The inn is a place that is specially conditioned to receive and host travelers and tourists, while it stands out from the traditional hotel proposal of a building in the big city because it is precisely located outside the cities and usually on the edge of the roads.
In the not-so-remote past, the inn offered long-distance travelers a place of rest and relaxation. feeding, in which he stayed only one night and the next day in the morning he returned to leave already rested, however, in recent years, these places have become a attraction for tourists in general who choose them especially for the remoteness of the urban noise they offer and also for the green environment in which they are arranged.
The origin of this type of establishment goes back so many centuries ago, at the height of the Roman empire, when the Romans began to build their popular road system and for such a situation is that in Europe there are really old inns, which already have several centuries under their belt. Over time, the alternative was adopted in other continents and today it is absolutely established and forming part of the hotel and tourist offer of the nations.
On the other hand, we also use the word posada to express the accommodation that is offered to a person for a certain time. I mean, a friend or family member who lives in another country and then we give him a place in our house to live and sleep for the duration of his stay. We want that in the trip that you will make this year for our payments, our house is your inn.
The other use that the word in question admits allows us to designate that case that is used at the request of a trip and in which eating utensils are transported such as: spoon, fork and knife.
And in Spain and Italy, the word Posada designates some localities, in Spain it is a village belonging to the Principality of Asturias and a municipality on the Province of Lion; and in Italy it is a ancient town rendezvous in Sardinia.
