The concept of condominium has a special use at the request of the right to designate that possession held by one or more individuals, generally, what is the object of possession is materialized in a land, a farm, an apartment, a house, among other real estate.
For example, because it is a present and relevant issue in the law, the issue of condominiums has a legal presence in the civil law known as community of goods.
So, this implies that everything that affects the rights of possession of a condominium owner may be subject to the intervention of justice, who will decide the case based on what the law about.
And on the other hand, where this concept is also widely used is in the fields of commercialization of horizontal properties and consortia since in this way a building that houses several houses is designated and then there are several owners who live in it and who must share those common spaces, such as corridors, elevators, garages and function rooms multiple. This last space has become quite common in relatively new condominium buildings, it is living rooms that have a recreational, festive purpose and that each co-owner may use to carry out festivities there, with prior reservation of the day.
The main issue to be agreed upon in the condominiums is precisely the regulation of the use and maintenance of these aforementioned spaces that they will have to share so that the use is precisely correct and their maintenance according.
The usual thing is that at the request of a consortium council and with the watchful eye of the administrator of the condominium a regulation internal use of the common places that the co-owners must of course strictly respect because otherwise they will suffer a sanction.
It is also worth mentioning that the maintenance, be it cleaning, arrangements, of these spaces, will be shared by all co-owners, that is, all the owners of each unit that make up the condominium must pay a sum of money tending to its maintenance. This question is also stipulated in a document.
