The word utter implies the pronunciation or joint, whether of words or sounds. Juan gave us some really moving words of farewell. As I do not want to give you any insult, I prefer that the discussion I ended up here and let's continue talking another day.
It should be noted that the aforementioned term of uttering does not turn out to be a word that in our language, especially at the request of the languagecolloquial, presents a hyper popular and widespread use, but quite the opposite, since it is more frequent that it appears in those conversations of a more formal nature.
Meanwhile, it turns out to be more common than to express that action that designates the articulation or pronunciation of words or sounds we use one of the synonyms of this term: to declare, which by the way is a word that is widely used in our language.
Now, through the word declare, it is possible to refer to the manifestation, exposition, statement or explanation that someone makes about a theme or matter.
Another synonym that presents the term that concerns us and that we usually use more frequently than that of uttering and almost as much as that of declaring, is that of to pronounce, which refers to the emission and the articulation that someone makes of a sound when speaking.
Generally, the three terms discussed in this review, uttering, declaring and pronouncing, imply the exposition of questions, themes that do or do require the use of the words of the language that is mastered, before someone, which can range from a interlocutor even a large public to which he is made aware of something.
The opposite of the aforementioned concept will be the action of to silence, which just means stopping talking and keeping silent
