G7 is the abbreviated name of the Group of Seven and is used internationally to designate that grouping composed precisely of seven nations that are considered the most relevant and influential in matter politics, economic and military throughout the world. This is made up of Germany, Canada, the United States, Italy, Japan, France and the United Kingdom.

Although this grouping is informal and does not have a status to give it formality, it is very active and interested in what is happening in the world and then, every year, it develops a summit which is attended by the leaders of each country member, plus the secretaries or ministers of economy and foreign relations of each member country, and the international political and economic states are analyzed in force and from them common policies and consensus on certain aspects of interest are agreed world.
