A vegetable is that organic, living being that lives, grows and will reproduce but cannot move anywhere by voluntary impulse. Or this situation is that nature has deprived them of a locomotor apparatus that precisely allows them to move.

As for the size of the vegetables, this is very varied since it can be very small as for example occurs with the mosses, even giant, as is the case with trees that even some can exceed the average height and reach 100 meters in height.
On the other hand and in current and popular language, in addition to referring to what we mentioned before with the term vegetable, the same word designates one of the main types of food that individuals ingest on a daily basis in their respective diets, breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Plant animals include vegetables such is the case of vegetables and tubers and legumes. Thus lettuce, celery, tomato, onion are vegetables and are among the most consumed by the human beings, especially for vitamins and components so healthy for the body that they contain.
Perhaps, then, the reason for this great presence of vegetables in people's daily meals is due to the fact that, being considered natural foods and with an almost scarce participation of chemicals in their component structure, people ingest them to balance their diets and although sometimes it is not the most common food tasty that can be tasted, they provide the organisms with essential nutrients that are very important to keep healthy and healthy our bodies and also in some cases help us prevent diseases or ailments thanks to some of its components that inhibit them.
Of course, for most mortals, a hamburger with french fries is much tastier, tastier, than a tomato, lettuce and onion salad, but of course, if we get down to it. analyze the health benefits that both dishes give to the person, the salad is much healthier and more natural compared to the other proposal full of cholesterol and saturated fat.
Therefore, if you want to have a healthy life it will be necessary and a condition without equanom to achieve it, integrate regularly any of the existing kinds of vegetables (fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereals and mushrooms) to your diet.

Vegetarianism
Vegetarianism is the diet most associated with consumption of vegetables, since as the main proposal it proposes to its followers and followers the total abstention of the consumption of meat of any animal: chicken, cow, pig, fish.
