The term branch or its plural, branches, is used to designate the part of a tree or plant on which the green shoots come out and which ultimately forms the cup. The branches can be of very different types and this depends on a myriad of elements: first, on the type of tree or plant. It also depends on the environment in which that tree or plant grows, the nutrients with which it feeds, etc. Finally, the type of branch can also vary according to the presence of harmful elements such as pests or excessive pruning.
The branches are very important elements for the tree or plant. They connect with the trunk of the tree and through its internal spaces is where the nutrients circulate that make the fruits and leaves of the tree sprout. This is why the branches are perhaps one of the first parts to demonstrate the positive or negative conditions of a tree: when it has not been well careful and protected from possible damage, the branches quickly dry out, become brittle and impede the growth and general flowering of the tree. Trees that have leafy branches that occupy large space and that are well nourished are just well cared for and well nourished trees.
The branches can vary in their thickness and their length. While each type of tree has a style particular branches, variations can also be found within the same plant or tree since it can tell with thick and thin, horizontal, vertical and diagonal branches, darker branches and lighter branches, etc.
It is from this natural element that expressions such as "go around the bush" arise. The phrase means to lose the thread of a theme about which it is discussed, referring to the leafiness and abundance from the tissue of a tree. At the same time, due to the thousands of deviations that a branch can produce, the term is also used to indicate the different classifications that can be found on a specific topic, for example when talking about 'branches of science biological '.
