To disagree means to disagree with the point of view contributed by the interlocutor on a specific topic. It is a difference of opinion that is totally logical and natural on a professional level when different members of the team can have their particular vision on a specific topic and also, on a personal level since couples, no matter how much they love each other, do not agree on everything.
Why is there this difference in points of view? Because each human being is unique and unrepeatable, he has his own experience, their values, their beliefs and their character.
