The city refers to the social environment in which people live and coexist. In this urban environment, a relationship of coexistence in which it is positive to seek the common good since the well-being of the group also strengthens the individual well-being. In relation to the quality of civility, this characteristic refers to people when they practice their good manners and courtesy with gestures of I respect towards others.
Gestures of civility make life in society pleasant and not chaos. Through this social conscience, the human being not only thinks about himself but also, in the plural, to reflect on the value of "us".

Life in society would be chaos if there were no rules that people respect and put into practice most of the time. The rules of civility are essential in relation to the social behavior displayed by the responsibility of a human being in caring for the environment. For example, it is a sign of civility to leave everything clean after having organized a picnic in a park.
Through these rules of social responsability, people are responsible in coexistence with neighbors, they are also responsible in the care of natural spaces and public places.
Gestures of civility
Some gestures of civility with the neighbors is to avoid making noises at home at night because they can disturb other neighbors, preventing their rest. Simple gestures such as greeting co-workers, yielding to someone else to come first, helping an older person carry the weight of the shopping basket. the purchase, make good use of public services (for example, take care of the books that are borrowed at the library to return them in perfect condition), give up the seat in the transport public to feel like an older person.
These gestures of civility begin to be learned in childhood thanks to the education received from parents and the training received at school, gestures of socialization through which any child learns to relate to others.
