When someone feels totally satiated, full, after eating a meal, they usually express it in terms of being satisfied.. Your powerful dinner left me more than satisfied.
Between the synonyms that we use the most for this sense of the word, the one of full and satiated. The antonym of this term is hungry, which refers to someone being very hungry or wanting to eat.
On the other hand, when a person feels pleased and happy as a consequence of a certain situation or fact that occurred spontaneously or was realized, he will say that he is satisfied. I am really satisfied with the delivery that all the personnel provided in the plan Recovery sales.
