Although it is not a word that we use with much recurrence in our language, the term that concerns us, quiet, can be used when you want to refer the tranquility, calm and serenity that characterizes something, a event, a place, or a person, among other alternatives.

For example, the word is usually used as a synonym for the concepts just mentioned, which are the ones that are usually used to refer to such conditions. Likewise, the concept is linked to issues such as being the peace, moderation and relaxation.

As a result of these associations with the aforementioned concepts, the word calm will be considered as positive, that is, it conveys an idea, a pleasant reference.

Due, the chaos, restlessness, alarm, excitement and unease are the opposite faces to calm and what allows us identify and value peace of mind, because definitely those who like to go through moments of chaos or restlessness... no one by the way and then their great assessment.
