Integration is a phenomenon that happens when a group of people unite someone who is outside, regardless of their characteristics and without looking at the differences. The act of integration is very important for all societies because it brings its members closer to the coexistence, to peace and to life in harmony. However, the differences and prejudices that they generate make many times some members refuse to to integrate to those outside the group. This situation occurs not only in human groups but also among animal societies.
Integration is the opposite of discrimination and the acts through which some people suffer contempt or isolation Social. For a sensible and lasting integration to take place, people must put aside prejudices, fears, fears or doubts about the other, which is not always easy but it is possible. Prejudices are always unfounded and generalizations that apply to a certain social group or ethnic and resulting in serious harm.
This is why integration is an essential part of life in harmony because it assumes that one is no longer invaded by those fears or concerns if not freed from them and opens up to know those people or realities that may be different from the own. For many specialists, integration must be generated or stimulated from when the person is very young, so such that his habit of sharing his daily life with several people of different kinds is not then a trouble. The
kids tend to integrate much more easily than adults because they are not so attacked by prejudices and they may even enjoy life much more than adults to whom they are supposedly applied characteristics of logic Y reasoning.Throughout history, integration processes between communities, peoples and nations have contributed to times of peace and social welfare, unlike times when wars and social conflicts have caused innumerable damage and deaths.
