The instrument that serves and is used to measure or weigh masses is called with the term of balance. On the other hand and since time immemorial, the balance has been used and taken as symbol of the Justice and the right in almost the whole world, given that its reason for being, the equitable measurement of materials and substances, was the best figure to represent the leitmotif of law and justice, which is to give everyone what is just and necessary without falling into privileges.
